Terms of Use
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Valet app. Using the app means you accept them.
What Valet does
Valet identifies garments in photographs you choose, generates a catalogue image of each one, files them into a wardrobe held on your device, and suggests outfits and advice based on that wardrobe.
Your photographs and your wardrobe
You keep all rights to your photographs and to the images Valet generates from them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process a photograph you select in order to produce your wardrobe. You are responsible for having the right to use the photographs you supply.
What the app is not
Garment identification is automated and will sometimes be wrong — a colour misread, a material guessed, a garment missed. Outfit suggestions and stylist answers are opinions produced by a model, not professional advice. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Subscriptions
Valet offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Each tier states how many garments it catalogues, and that limit is what you are paying for.
Acceptable use
Do not use Valet to process photographs of people who have not agreed to it, to attempt to extract or resell the underlying models, or to interfere with the service.
Availability
Valet depends on third-party model providers and may be unavailable or degraded at times. Features may change as the app develops.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Valet is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
