Write to hello@nexauva.com. Say which iPhone you are on and what you were doing; it is answered by a person, usually within a day.

The scan missed things, or got them wrong

Valet reads only the photographs you pick. It does best with a full-length shot where the clothes are not folded over an arm or half out of frame — a garment it cannot render cleanly is held back rather than filed badly, so a piece that never appeared was one it could not read.

Anything it did file can be corrected: open the piece and edit its name, shelf, formality or seasons. If two photographs of one garment were filed as two, open either and split or merge them.

A piece is on the wrong shelf

Open it and change the shelf. The outfit engine uses the shelf and the formality, so correcting it changes what Valet suggests from then on.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. To change plan or cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or use Manage or cancel in Valet's profile screen, which opens the same place.

If you have paid and Valet still shows a paywall, tap Restore purchases in the profile screen. That re-reads your Apple ID's purchases. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the Customer ID shown on that screen.

Friends

Friends is optional and off until you sign in. Signing in uses Sign in with Apple; we never receive your email address.

You share one look on one day, only with people you invited by code. Stop sharing and it is deleted from our servers. To remove someone, tap their name in the friends list — Remove friend ends it in both directions, and Block also stops them following you again.

To report a look, tap ··· on it. Every report is reviewed within one day, and reporting also stops you seeing that person straight away.

Deleting everything

Profile → Start over deletes every garment, outfit and preference on the device, the images Valet generated, and — if you used Friends — your account and everything you shared. It cannot be undone. An active subscription stays with your Apple ID and is cancelled in Settings.
